Featured Guests: Bill Char, Ānuenue Pūnua, ka ʻohana a Leināʻala Heine
Cultural demonstrations and lei booths have been important traditions at our annual Kamehameha Schools Kapālama Hoʻolauleʻa. With the move to a virtual platform for KSK Hoʻolauleʻa 2021, we had the opportunity to highlight cultural demonstrations in an even deeper way through the creation of a our "Nā Lei Kupuna" video series.
We hope you enjoy this two-part presentation of lei making with Uncle Bill Char, and moʻolelo with haku mele Ānuenue Pūnua and the ʻohana of Leināʻala Kalama Heine.
