Kamehameha Schools Children’s Chorus: Cookbook 1997-1998.
INGREDIENTS:
1½ lbs. ʻahi
1 block firm tofu
½ c. diced round onion
½ c. chopped green onion
½ c. diced celery
½ c. grated carrots
3 tsp. oyster sauce
2 tsp. shoyu
garlic salt to taste
garlic to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Chop ʻahi.
Cut tofu into 1" squares.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Shape into patties.
Fry in a large pan over medium heat until golden brown.
